You are required to set up an online account with us if you wish to place an order on our website.
By registering, you agree to give the following information:
Delivery address (this maybe the same as your billing address)
Phone number (in case we need to speak to you about your order and for courier purpose)
If technology fails us and your order attempt is unsuccessful, please give us a call or what’s app/email us. We will do everything we can to resolve this and to make sure you are 100% satisified.
When you are ready to check out, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation page where you may select the type of delivery, and provide us with the delivery and/or billing addresses.
You can pay via PayPal, Credit card or Bank Transfer. The Total Amount will be the product price plus delivery cost. After placing your order, you will receive an automated acknowledgement email sent by the system.
We will then process your order within 12 hours. Once it has been shipped, we will send you another email to notify you the package has been sent out.
Depending on which delivery option you've selected, you should receive the products within the next few working days.

Nature and Senses will confirm the cost of delivery with you at checkout. The delivery cost is determined by the size and weight of the order and the destination.
Normally, deliveries to destinations in Hong Kong will take ONE or TWO working days. Delivery time to overseas destinations will vary depending on the destination but should arrive within SEVEN working days. In the event that your order has not arrived within a reasonable period of time, please contact us by email/what’s app. email@example.com / +852 6468 4848
We may split delivery of your order into several parts based on our stock availability. You will not be charged extra if this happens.
Events beyond our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure/delay in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control. (E.g. Strike, Adverse Weather, Disruption to Telecommunication Network, ETC)
Occasionally, parcels going overseas may be delayed at customs control. This is beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for the late arrival of parcels detained in this way.
After placing your order, you will receive an automated acknowledgement email. We will then process your order within 12 hours of the automated email. Once your order has been sent out, we will send you another confirmation email/what’s app informing you that your order has been dispatched.
All payments will be refunded if we are out of stock/ unable to deliver.
3. Payment and Security
We do not hold any of your credit card/online payment account data.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Union Pay, Paypal and Direct Bank Transfer. Payment will be taken in Hong Kong dollars. If you have a foreign credit card, you will be charged in your home currency according to the applicable exchange rate adopted by your card issuer at that time. Overseas orders may incur bank charges for international transactions.
By submitting your payment details to the above third party secured server, you confirm that the credit card/online payment account used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use it.
All of our prices are in Hong Kong Dollars. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Prices and promotions held in our physical stores, unless otherwise stated, may not apply to this website, and vice versa. Offers are subject to availability.
5. Customs/International Deliveries
Products delivered to Hong Kong and Macau are not subjected to any taxes.
Products delivered to destinations outside Hong Kong or Macau may be subjected to taxes, fees, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. We advise that you confirm the import charges applicable in your country before ordering.
You (or the recipient of the order if different) will be responsible for all customs charges for international deliveries. You (or the recipient of the products if different) are responsible to check that the products ordered comply with the applicable government import regulations. We exclude our liability for any non-delivery or late delivery of the products arisen from problems with customs clearance.
6. Cancellations and Returns
We will dispatch orders within 12 hours after the issuance of the automatic confirmation email. You may cancel the order with a full refund if you do so before we process the order. If you’d like to make any changes/cancellation to your order, please contact us straight away via our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call/what’s app us on +852 6468 4848.
Any changes/cancellations made after we send out the confirmed shipped email will not be accepted.
In the unlikely event that we delivered the wrong products or the the products are faulty/expired, please inform straight away by sending an email to email@example.com , whatsApp/call us on +852 6468 4848 or send us a message on facebook messenger. We will arrange for the products to be exchanged as soon as we are notified.

If you have returned the products to us because they are faulty/expired, we will be responsible for any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
For the avoidance of doubt, we reserve our right to reject returned items without the original invoice.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period of time, please contact us at as soon as possible and we will try to resolve the issue for you.
By ordering from us, you agree not to commercially resell any of our products. We reserve the right to denie the sale of our products to any individual/commercial establishment.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Any personal information you provide to Nature and Senses will be stored securely and confidentially and will be processed fairly and lawfully. we will only provide your details to our couriers that deliver your order.

10. Intellectual Property
Nature and Senses is the owner of, or the licensee of all intellectual property rights of all the materials on our site. Including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, videos, audios etc. All these works are protected by applicable copyright/trade mark laws and international treaties. You may not copy, distribute, publish, download, post, broadcast, make available to the public, sell, license or otherwise use any contents on our site in any manner except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Any unauthorized actions without the prior consent of Nature and Senses may result in civil or criminal sanctions.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and the courts of Hong Kong SAR shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim arisen from these terms and conditions.
